This program provides a 24 hour, supervised, community-based
residence in Weirton and offers intensive staffing and behavioral
supports for severely disabled and behaviorally challenged adults.
Marland Heights Manor
This residential program was initiated in January 2007 to provide for
the needs of parents with children that have developmental disabilities
in our area. The program offers a community-based residence with a
variety of training and support services.
Shiloh Apartments
HealthWays sponsors this 21-unit apartment facility offering residential
programming, accessibility, and supervision and rent subsidies for
people with mental and physical challenges. The Wellsburg facility also
has an apartment for respite care services for area families.
Greenbrier Manor
This program, which opened July 28, 1999, is an eight bed
residential facility for persons with developmental disabilities.
Developed by the Hancock County Sheltered Workshop in coordination with
HealthWays, the program provides supervision and skill training by
HealthWays personnel.
